Open to members only

DTO’s Compensation Benchmark is open to members of CIONET – 7000 digital leaders in large and midsize organisations across Europe & Latin America – and HTP's Leaders' Circle, who will receive their personal invitation.

When you receive your invitation, carefully fill in your data and you will have immediate access to benchmark your compensation package against the rest of the CIO community.

Your data is absolutely safe with us and we will never share individual responses with anyone. You can even participate in full anonymity. Aggregated results will be shared with all participants in order to do your benchmark. Summary information will be used in reports available for CIONET members and – limited – the general public.
