After his studies in Audiovisual Techniques Jelle started his career in sales of professional audiovisual and electronic devises. He worked for three years as an Outside Sales Representative for one of the largest retail companies servicing professional photographers and studios in Belgium. In 2014 he decided to join Hightech Partners as Recruitment Consultant responsible for candidate sourcing and for managing recruitment projects for senior IT professionals.

He is fluent in Dutch, English and French and resides in Antwerp, Belgium.
