Ferenc started his career in recruitment in 2014, after he stopped his own business in the field of international trade. He joined Hightech Partners as a consultant in 2015 and he is in Charge of Recruitment for European Institutions and IT Specialists and Experts for Private Institutions.

Ferenc has a Bachelor's degree in business administration (economist specializing in enterprise establishment and development).
