Hightech Partners – ITP is delighted to announce that Bruno Kraft is joining its international team of Partners. In 1981, at the age of 26 Bruno set up his first company that commercialized an ERP system for Italian SME’s. Later he developed his career in medium and large companies such as Olivetti, Ma.Te and Gruppo ISA Informatica Santagostino in both operational and financial management. From 1997 to 2003 Bruno was CEO of Tecnodiffusione Italia S.p.A., a leading player in the Italian Digital Technology sector and parent company of Strabilia, Vobis and Microlink with a chain of 450 outlets in franchise. He managed the listing process of the company at Milan Stock Exchange and subsequently managed the European Investor Relations as well as its return to the capital market. After that Bruno became an independent consultant advising technology companies and in parallel he started his own venture in the Tourism sector, with a company based in Forte dei Marmi (Tuscany coast) that became a reference model for luxury tourism in Italy. Marjolein Gries-Smits has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resource sector. She gained experience in managerial roles, consulting and training and is specialized in recruitment and career coaching. She worked for many established names in the ICT, Automotive, Government, Sports, Education and Theatre sectors. Marjolein was HR Manager for Hyperion Solutions (1996-2000), and since worked as a Talent Manager, Trainer, Management Consultant and Career Coach in international companies. Marjolein has conducted senior pan-European searches as well as local Dutch assignments in the Technology industry. As a Management Consultant she is specialized in Executive Search and (registered) Career Coaching. Sabine is a senior executive with significant experience in driving the use of Information Technology in the Life Sciences sector. After her studies she started working for MSD (Merck, Sharp & Dohme) in sales, product management and marketing. She held executive positions as National Sales Manager Cardiovascular Products, Business Unit Director Specialty Products and finally as Executive Director Business Operations and a Member of the German Leadership Team. Among her responsibilities in this position she managed IT and the sales information systems. Since 2013 Sabine has been an independent management consultant in coaching and organizational development, associated with Czwalina Consulting gmbh, putting her experience in large change programs at the disposal of clients in the life sciences and high tech industry. “Technology Businesses share a common challenge of getting the right people on board early enough in the new year to achieve Quarter 1 & 2 objectives, failure to do this causes many organisations to experience a slow start to the year’s revenues and places more pressure on Q3 & 4” said Richard Lowe of Hightech Partners.
