Hightech Partners – ITP is delighted to announce that Marjolein Gries-Smits is joining its international team of Partners. Marjolein Gries-Smits has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resource sector. She gained experience in managerial roles, consulting and training and is specialized in recruitment and career coaching. She worked for many established names in the ICT, Automotive, Government, Sports, Education and Theatre sectors. Marjolein was HR Manager for Hyperion Solutions (1996-2000), and since worked as a Talent Manager, Trainer, Management Consultant and Career Coach in international companies. Marjolein has conducted senior pan-European searches as well as local Dutch assignments in the Technology industry. As a Management Consultant she is specialized in Executive Search and (registered) Career Coaching.
