Bert has over 25 years of experience in Executive Management and HR in the Technology industry.

He has acquired experience in supporting fast growth scenarios, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring in an international environment. His expertise includes change management, management assessment, skills management, training and education, executive recruitment, selection and assessment centers, compensation and benefits, as well as other HR areas.

He became Partner in Hightech Partners in 2005 and Managing Partner in 2010. He is also Managing Director and founder of TOP JOB, a subsidiary working on Middle Management search in Technology.

Bert has a Master’s Degree in Economics (University of Antwerp) and in Communication (University of Louvain).

He resides in Antwerp, Belgium.
