Michel Van Looveren has 12 years of experience in the Technology industry. He started his career as Recruitment Project Manager in the company Search & Selection. In 2000 he joined the IT services company Ordina as Recruitment Manager and later became their HR Manager. In 2004 Michel decided to found his own ICT specialist recruitment firm Qfish, recruiting professionals in technical and Sales & Marketing positions for Technology companies. More recently he has also been active as entrepreneur leading a software application development company offering products and cloud services to the government and companies in the manufacturing, ICT, life sciences and healthcare industries. He has been active internationally in the Benelux and Rumania. Michel holds a Master degree in Industrial Psychology and Personnel from the University of Ghent. He lives in Antwerp with his wife and two daughters and is fluent in Dutch, English and French. Bert Vermeiren has thirty years of experience in Human Resources of which most in the Technology industry. He worked in HR executive positions in Philips Lighting, IBM Belgium/Luxembourg, L&H Speech Products and Real Software (now Real Dolmen). He joined Hightech Partners in 2005 and became Managing Director in 2010. Mr. Vermeiren has a Master’s Degree in Economics (University of Antwerp) and in Communication (University of Louvain). |
