Gian Berton has extensive experience in the IT and executive search industry. In the last 15 years and before joining Hightech Partners – ITP he was European ICT Practice Leader at Friisberg & Partners International, an international retained search firm, and most recently he was Partner in a local, Milan based search company. He is an industry veteran who, as of 1980 held top positions in the IT industry in Italy as General Manager of Prime Computers and Data General, Managing Director of the Italian subsidiary of Wang Laboratories, General Manager of Tulip Computers and Managing Director of BMC Software Italy.
