Brussels, January 7, 2011 – Hightech Partners – ITP, a leading European search and management consulting company in the Technology industry in Europe, has signed a cooperation agreement with Nelson Garcia Mastrangelo and Alejandro Garcia who will both become Partners at Hightech Partners. |

In order to further strengthen its international coverage in Europe, Hightech Partners has attracted two new Partners in Madrid, Spain.
Nelson Garcia Mastrangelo will become Partner and Vice President of Hightech Partners. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive roles, including Sales and Marketing Director, Country Manager and Managing Director in multinational IT companies in Spain and Portugal, such as Data General, Apple Computer, NCR and Informix. With significant experience in coaching and consulting assignments at board level, Nelson Garcia Mastrangelo has become specialized in board and senior executive search in the IT and Telecommunications sectors in Spain and Portugal. He has also a deep knowledge of the business in Latin America. His son Alejandro Garcia will become a Partner of Hightech Partners. Alejandro Garcia has more than 13 years of experience in different sales and executive roles in multinational IT Companies in Spain, including Cisco Systems, HP, Motorola, Huawei. He more recently specialized in executive search and consulting in the IT sector in Spain and Latin America.
