Hightech Partners – ITP is delighted to announce that Rafael Pyrich recently joined the international network of Hightech Partners – ITP in the position of Associate Partner. Rafael Pyrich has over fifteen years of professional experience in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the last thirteen years spent in the executive search sector. At Hightech Partners, Mr. Pyrich is focusing on the above region, specifically on the technology and high-tech clients market.
Rafael Pyrichn started his executive search career with Ray & Berndtson (now Odgers Berndtson) in Vienna, moving with the company to Warsaw and finally running the Eastern European and Emerging Markets business development and project management activities from the office in London. Later on, Mr. Pyrich joined a small executive search boutique to help the company grow its presence in the emerging markets, and two years later he started his own consulting firm specializing on Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Pyrich holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Strategies from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism and Management from Washington State University. He lives in Vienna, Austria.
